Cancellation/Rescheduling:
- 72h: full credit available
- 48–72h: 50% forfeited
- <48h/no-show: full value forfeited
Responsibility: Participants must meet swim/medical requirements and carry valid insurance
Lost/Stolen Certificates: Treat your code like cash — cannot be replaced
