Do I need to know how to swim?
No. Many of our students are non-swimmers. We focus on breath-hold, relaxation and comfort in the water.
What’s the difference between the pool and ocean sessions?
Pool: safety, breathwork and water confidence in a calm setting.
Ocean: apply those skills in open water, practice free immersion dives.
Where are sessions held?
Trinidad: St Anthony’s Pool
Tobago: YMCA Pool & Mount Irvine Bay
How much does it cost?
We have various options, currently we offer $450 / month which includes 2 pool classes where we get you ready for the ocean.
What happens after the session?
Ocean students in Tobago can snorkel Mt Irvine reef — a chance to relax and explore marine life.
Is it a workout?
Not in the usual sense. Freediving is slow, mindful, and focused on breath, not strength.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, you can book together. Discounts available for small groups.
Do you offer private sessions?
Yes, with a minimum of 2 people. Contact us for details.
Who is this class for?
Anyone curious about freediving, no prior experience required.
What attire should I wear?
Rash guard / long sleeves and leggings/beach pants (polyester/nylon). Avoid cotton and overly revealing swimwear.

When are classes offered?
Selected weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
How long is the Intro / Beginner classes?
Is it safe?
Yes. We follow international freediving safety standards, keep small groups, and progress at your pace.
How deep will I go?
Around 7m (23ft) in ocean sessions. Depth depends on comfort, never pressure. For our non beginner classes you can go as deep as 100FT.
What should I bring?
Mask & snorkel, swimwear/rash guard, towel, water, sunscreen, and anti-nausea meds for ocean sessions.

Molchanov Wave 1 (Beginner Certification) or Wave 2 (Advanced).
