Advanced Freediving
Now that you’ve mastered the basics, it’s time to refine your skills and go deeper.
The Molchanovs Wave 2 course builds on Wave 1 by developing advanced equalization, improving control, and introducing no-fins freediving on the vertical line. By the end, you’ll have the ability and confidence to dive comfortably to 24–30 meters while conserving energy through freefall.

Pool
- Static apnea: 2 min 30 sec breath hold
- Dynamic bi-fins (DYNB): 50m swim
- Dynamic no-fins (DNF): 35m swim
Open Water
Rescue a diver from 15m
CWTB: Dive to 24–30m with bi-fins
FIM: Dive to 24–30m rope-pull
CNF: Dive to 15m without fins
Buddy another diver to 10–15m
