Who is this course for?
Certified freedivers (Wave 1 or equivalent) or experienced snorkelers who want to explore sustainable spearfishing under professional guidance.
Do I need a freediving certification?
Yes. A freediving foundation ensures safety, efficiency and confidence in underwater hunting.
How long is the class?
Typically 2 days, but we also offer 1-day intros, advanced multi-day programs and private/custom formats.
Is gear provided?
Yes, we can supply mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit, weight belt and speargun — or you can bring your own.
How safe is spearfishing?
Our training emphasizes buddy systems, safety drills and professional supervision to minimize risks.
Is it regulated in T&T?
Yes. We cover licensing, catch limits and protected species compliance in class.
Do I need a buddy?
No — classes always include buddy training and supervised paired dives.
