Requirements
No freediving experience is required. Participants should be comfortable in the water or inform us in advance if they need extra support.
Location
Pool sessions are scheduled in Trinidad and Tobago depending on availability. Ocean sessions, snorkeling experiences and spearfishing training are mainly held in Tobago.
