Gear

Dress Code

  • Recommended: long-sleeved rash guard and leggings/beach pants (polyester or nylon preferred)
  • Avoid cotton swimwear (sags, drags and can cause wardrobe malfunctions)
  • No excessively revealing swimwear allowed

Health & Energy

  • Get an early night’s rest
  • Stay hydrated
  • Eat a light breakfast
