Take everything you’ve learned in the pool and bring it to the open ocean in a safe, supportive and unforgettable way.

This relaxed, beginner friendly session helps you build comfort and confidence in deeper water. The water is calm, the vibes are chill, and everything happens at your own pace — no pressure, just progression.

Perform Free Immersion (FIM) dives — descend and ascend along a rope using only your hands, focusing on technique, equalization and efficiency

🧾 How to Prepare for Your Ocean Session

Gear

  • Mask & snorkel (mandatory)
  • Fins (optional)
  • Wetsuit (optional)

Dress Code

  • Recommended: long-sleeved rash guard and leggings/beach pants (polyester or nylon)
  • Avoid cotton swimwear (sags, drags and can cause wardrobe malfunctions)
  • No excessively revealing swimwear allowed

Health & Energy

  • Get an early night’s rest
  • Stay hydrated
  • Eat a light breakfast
